Friday started with a visit at Cassandra and Charles Xavier's home. Sarah and Tom, Jenn and Elizabeth, and Julie and her yet to be born little girl rounded out the group. We ate yummy sticky buns that Cass made for the morning snack, and then enjoyed more home made french onion soup. I left with a full belly and I think Malcolm enjoyed spending time with friendly faces.
Friday evening was Bhedis and Graham's annual Christmas cocktail party, let the party season begin.
This morning Malcolm, Ashley and I walked over the the local shopping center and Malcolm obliged us with good spirits and we managed to get his picture with Santa Claus. We didn't catch a picture with a smile on his face but it was there. The hardest part was taking Malcolm off Santa's lap and not pulling his beard from his face.
This afternoon was another first. Malcolm went to his first play, Phoenix Players production of Enchanted April. Although he was awake the entire time we managed to keep him fairly quiet and hopefully didn't disturb the actors or the rest of the audience.
By the time we got home the little boy was pooped, here he is waiting for the results of the Liberal Leadership election with Lucy and Bridget.
