Is that dirt or a play structure

Our lawn was completely devastated last year due to a combination of being very dry and grubs. So before planting grass I added new top soil, this arrived today and from what I was told Farley had no interest in going outside even onto the front steps while the truck was dumping the top soil but as soon as the truck had left Farley was outside and climbing all over the fresh dirt (or play structure).
