The Little Blue Door

Today at lunch I was listening to our Stompin' Tom CD, like many others have done this week in celebration of the life of Stompin' Tom Conners. I was in the kitchen when Farley came running in and said, Mommy it's the song you sing! I couldn't think of what it might be until I heard, "The Man in the Moon is a Newfie" playing. Yup, when the kids start acting goofy I tell them as much, then I sing the line " you might think I'm goofy, but the man in the moon is a Newfie". Needless to say I sing that line quite frequently.


I thought today I'd be posting about Darwin's 4 month doctor visit, but there is really nothing to write about. Very uneventful, he was weighed (14lbs 1oz) and measured and got his vaccines. Not fun times but he didn't seem too out of sorts for the rest of the day.
