Little Ray's Reptile Zoo

Malcolm has been requesting to go to Little Ray's Reptile Zoo for the past few weeks. It has not helped that the zoo has been doing some major advertising on the local radio station so it was decided that if Malcolm let someone other than Daddy help him go to the toilet at school (there were a few more provisions, but I'll spare everyone the details) we could go to Little Ray's as a family. So sure enough on Friday he accomplished his goal and proudly told me that we were going to Little Ray's when I picked him up from school. I told him it would have to wait for the weekend but yes we were going.

As parents we must follow through, and a busy Saturday followed (Sunday is a ski day for Daddy).
9:00 am Swimming Lessons
10:30am Story Time at the Library
12:00pm home for lunch
1:00 - 2:30pm Nap Time for Malcolm, Grocery shopping for Mommy
2:30pm - Daddy woke Malcolm up from his nap (gasp)
3:0o pm - Little Ray's Reptile Museum!!

A fun day was had by all.

High-fiving Rosie the Tarantula

Petting Ali G the baby Alligator

Of course by the next morning, if not the next hour Ashley and I forgot all the names of the animals we met, but certainly not Malcolm. He has the most incredible memory, especially when it comes to names.
