30-30-30

"Auntie Dorothy is 30-30-30" as Clara and Leo say (picture flashing fingers). Okay its not Auntie Dorothy but little ol me that tuned thirty this week.

I had a great birthday week that spread the celebrations around. On my actual birthday (Tuesday the 19th) I didn't have rehearsal to rush off to so Ashley, Malcolm and I went out for a great Birthday dinner where Malcolm was his charming self, catching the eye of anyone that would pay attention to him.

While Ashley was at his Thursday night ski lesson, I had some friends over for girls night in, and spent a relaxing evening sipping Cosmos, catching up, and swooning over two week old baby Caleb.

Then for the grand finally Laurel, Ann Marie, Clara, and Leo came for a visit. We awoke on Saturday morning to hear Clara and Leo entertaining Malcolm in his crib; reading him books and sharing stickers (eek!) with him. The weekend was spent hanging out, eating yummy black forest cake that AM made from scratch, and napping. (AM also got a few loads of laundry in).


It was a great way to celebrate moving from one decade to the next. Thank you for all the warm Birthday wishes!
