Things to Remember

Malcolm is growing up so quickly that I wanted to jot down a few things about Malcolm at 7 months that I don't want to forget before he grows out of that stage.

• The way he nurses, looks up at me and gives me a great big smile, coos and then gets back to eating. It pulls at the heartstrings every time.
  
• When he "talks" by moving only his lower jaw.
• His bright blue sleeper with yellow duckies (They are almost too small but they are both my and Ashley's favorite so Malcolm will wear them until we can't fasten the snaps anymore.)
• The day he twisted out of his bumbo chair while trying to reach for fliers that were on the floor behind him (I was sitting right beside him at the time)
• When I put him to sleep in his crib he automatically rolls over onto his stomach to sleep
• He will pull his soother out of his mouth when crying to let out a loud wail, then put it back in.
• Has not quite managed to crawl but while lying on his stomach will rock his whole body back and forth trying to move forward. He does manage to roll and spin just about everywhere.
  
• Loves to sit in his highchair while playing with toys and happily thumping his feet on the footrest. I even caught him tapping his feet in time with the music on the radio.
